(1) The steel surface is covered by a thick, dense layer of pure zinc, which can avoid the contact between the steel matrix and any corrosive solution and protect the steel matrix from corrosion. In general atmosphere, the surface of zinc layer forms a very thin and dense zinc oxide layer, which is difficult to dissolve in water, so it plays a certain protective role to the steel matrix. If zinc oxide and other components in the atmosphere to form insoluble zinc salt, corrosion protection is more ideal.

(7) Pure zinc layer is a plastic galvanized layer in hot-dip galvanized square pipe. Its properties are basically close to pure zinc and ductile, so it is flexible.
