Hot dip galvanizing with square pipe features

(1) The steel surface is covered by a thick, dense layer of pure zinc, which can avoid the contact between the steel matrix and any corrosive solution and protect the steel matrix from corrosion. In general atmosphere, the surface of zinc layer forms a very thin and dense zinc oxide layer, which is difficult to dissolve in water, so it plays a certain protective role to the steel matrix. If zinc oxide and other components in the atmosphere to form insoluble zinc salt, corrosion protection is more ideal.

(2) With iron - zinc alloy layer, combined with density, in the Marine salt fog atmosphere and industrial atmosphere, the existing surface corrosion resistance;

(3) Strong wear resistance due to strong bonding and zinc-iron mutual solubility;

(4) Due to the good ductility of zinc and the strong adhesion of its alloy layer to the steel base, the hot plate can be cold-blanked, rolled, drawn, bent and other forms without damage to the coating;

(5) After hot-dip galvanizing with square tube, it is equivalent to one annealing treatment, which can improve the mechanical properties of steel matrix, remove the stress when forming welding joint of steel parts, and facilitate turning of steel structural parts.

(6) Hot dip galvanized parts with square pipes have a bright and beautiful surface.

(7) Pure zinc layer is a plastic galvanized layer in hot-dip galvanized square pipe. Its properties are basically close to pure zinc and ductile, so it is flexible.
